1. Hair Oils:

Due to the nature of our hair oils, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for these products. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Hair Tools and Accessories:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these guidelines for returns and refunds:

Eligibility for Refund or Store Credit:
- You may request a refund or store credit for hair tools and accessories if the item is damaged upon arrival or if you received the wrong product.
- To be eligible, the request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@laffrey.com.au to initiate the return process. Please not that the return postage will be at your cost.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.
- Our team will provide instructions on how to return the product.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item and if return approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or offer store credit, as preferred.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
Store Credit
- If you prefer store credit, it will be issued as a voucher code for use on future purchases. This option is available upon request.
