WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our products are crafted in small batches to guarantee their best quality, and we thank you for your understanding! Please expect a processing time of up to 5 business days for your order. Shipments are standardly handled through Australia Post, with an estimated ground delivery period of 2-7 business days within Australia after dispatch. For international delivery, please allow from 7 days to 3 weeks for delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL
For international shipping an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologise! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, we will send you a store credit. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in AUD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
